     Hello Neighbors and Friends,  

Thank you for checking out our website and the Community of Nolan River Estates.  My wife and I moved here in 2023 after a long search for a place where we could raise livestock and live in a quiet area,  after living in another area of Johnson County where it was anything but quiet!  I have grown to love this community so much because of the neighbors and the non-invasive rules of the HOA, designed simply to protect the investments each of us have made.  If you are fortunate enough to have the opportunity to purchase here, I believe you will benefit as I have.  If you have any questions about our community, please contact me or any of our other Board members.
