CNRE 2025 Community Garage Sale
COMMUNITY GARAGE SALE:
The CNRE Community Garage Sale will be May 2-3rd. Please let me know if you are interested in participating at your own residence. We will coordinate to get the Community Dumpster for the weekend after the garage sale so any Active Members (those current on annual dues of $50) can dump your junk for free!
We will be advertising this CNRE Community Garage Sale in order to get more people coming to our place where they have multiple houses to shop at. We would ask that you please donate 20% of your proceeds to the donation we give to the Rio Vista Volunteer Fire Department. This will help meet our goal of a minimum of $1000 donation to them.
If you want to be a part of this event, please contact Annie Guereca, the Activities Committee Chair, at 817-691-0498 or aguereca1971@gmail.com to let her know in order to place your address on the list!

CNRE Dumpster Program
The weekend of May 9-11, 2025, the CNRE has paid to have a large rolloff dumpster to be hosted at a NRE Owner's property. This dumpster is available to all NRE Property Owners (no outside individuals/friends) who are Active Members (paid your annual CNRE dues $50) to dump as much as you want (not anything on the list that cannot be placed in the dumpster like tires, hazardous chemicals/paints, heavy objects, concrete, etc.)
If you haven't paid your annual dues yet, you can still pay your dues on www.nolanriverestates.com and become an Active Member. Then you, too, will be able to dump all of your junk in the dumpster! It is a LOT cheaper than getting this large dumpster yourself and the hassle of taking and unloading it at the Cleburne Dump Station! The instructions and restrictions of what can and can't be dumped in the dumpster will be emailed out at a later date.
You must call and schedule a date/time with the NRE Property Owner in order to be let into their property. You can't just show up and must have an appointment. We will update this announcement with the address and contact information soon.

Monthly Clean-Up Saturdays
Cindy Keele is the Clean-up Committee Chair and will organize with property owners the areas each person is responsible for.
(We keep our own community ditches clean!)
Our monthly clean-up day is the second Saturday of each month, beginning at 8:30 a.m. (except June, July, August, September when it starts at 7:30 a.m.).
You may partner up with some neighbors or just clean up your front property. Do a little act of kindness and clean up one of your next-door neighbor's front property, too!
